Job Title:  Database Administrator                                                                         Job Duties: Install, configure and maintain Apache Cassandra databases. Monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexing and replication. Implement and manage high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions. Perform routine maintenance, upgrades and patch management. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues and incidents. Work closely with development teams to design scalable database architectures. Utilize NoSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Linux system administration and AWS cloud infrastructure.   Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.   Minimum Requirements:   Education: Bachelor - Computer Science or Information Technology (will accept foreign education equivalent)                                                    Experience: Five (5) years
